Vice President, began maintaining carpet in 1988 and has been maintaining carpets for over 22 years here in Colorado Springs, CO. Certifications: Currently recognized by the IICRC as:

Rick Spradling

Lead Tech, Days, has over 13 years experience in the carpet maintenance industry. Employed with CarpetCare Craftsman since 1999. Certifications: Current recognized by the IICRC as a Master Textile Cleaner, OSHA Health and Safety Technician, Journeyman Water Damage Restoration Technician, Carpet Repair and Re-installation Technician, Rug Cleaning Technician. Jeff Gillespie

Lead Tech, Nights, has over 12 years experience in the carpet maintenance industry. Employed with CarpetCare Craftsman since 2000. Certifications: Current recognized by the IICRC as a Master Textile Cleaner, Journeyman Water Damage Restoration Technician, Carpet Repair and Re-installation Technician. Steven Aguirre

Lead Tech, Days, has over 5 years experience in the carpet maintenance/repair industry.

Steven is responsible for repair and restoration of improperly installed carpets. Currently holds Master Textile Cleaner, Water Damage Restoration, Carpet Repair and Re-installation certifications.

Jennifer Parrott

Office Manger since January 1999, responsible for all aspects of customer service follow-up of both commercial and residential services.
